Description
General surgery in the horse and other domestic large animal species such as cattle. Specific areas of surgical expertise include gastrointestinal surgery and respiratory surgery (e.g., throat and sinuses). Research on the physiology of the gastrointestinal tract, with particular reference to the effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (i.e. aspirin-like drugs).
